cannot add music services

I have set up a new Sonos system and I am connected to it. The problem is that I cannot add music services like Spotify and I cannot update my music library. I can pick Spotify to add then I click on “connect to Spotify” then when I click on “Authorize” nothing happens. I restarted everything. I changed my password all the things that are suggested then I called Sonos and they said that this was a known problem and their engineers are working on it. This pertains to the S one app.

Investigating - We’ve identified a problem with Music Services on the Sonos S1 system, and we are working on a fix. You may not be able to add music services to your account on Sonos until it’s resolved
