The app doesn't have the option to add a music service? Any one know how to add, for example, Pandora?

You need to update, hence the big update notice.
I have updated all three devices - running 7.1 / 7.2 on ... 1) MacBook PRO, 2) iPad 2 3) iPhone 6 ... STILL NO "Add Service" option, Except on MacBook Pro where trying to add APPLE MUSIC only points me to add the service via iOS device. Can't figure that one out either.
If you are running 7.1 on some devices and 7.2 on others, you are running the beta. Beta is not available on iOS, which is why you can't add services on your iPhone. See this link for how to leave the beta:
