I listen to a radio station called Adagio FM using MyTuner Radio.
It has a sister station called Entranced FM but it is not on MyTuner Radio (nor TuneIn). How can I listen to it’s audio stream on Sonos?

Yes you can add stations manually.
The below may or may not be the streaming URL of the station you are looking for
