This has been decided by Calm Radio, and the same applies to Klassik Radio Select. Skipping tracks is only possible in the service's own apps.

+24The Calm lawyers no doubt told them to disable it, as music licensing rules are different depending on playback modes. It literally saves them money to disable the Next button.
