Can't seem to get initial set up with bbc sounds completed. The message says it's been set up, but then on Sonos it says there was an error.

I’m sorry to hear you have troubles getting BBC Sounds on your Sonos.
I would suggest you to make sure you have set the Country to United Kingdom on your Sonos profile.
