My family HATES the app update. It’s design is not user friendly at all! Just doesn’t make me want to go out and add to my system!

As I stated, you not seeing any is no evidence there are none going on. Nor is Sonos reps lack of acknowledging any current betas, for if they exist they are protected by NDA. Sorry if you think your facts are completely relevant and mine are mere nitpicking. I can see how having your assumptions and accusations torn apart by facts would be annoying. However, I'm afraid the only way to keep this from happening is to stop assuming things or making accusations which are not supported by the facts.
