It would be better if you can contact Apple support when will Apple Music be available in your country.
Sonos doesn't have any control over any music services since they are just passing the information or service they have to Sonos speakers.

Essentially, it is up to Apple’s lawyers, who have to authorize Sonos to carry the service in each individual country. Which of course, often depends on arcane and sometimes old laws, depending on each country. Even if Apple already operates in that country, Sonos still has to wait for Apple to provide authorization.
