The Apple Music App doesn't allow you to to play shuffle for all the songs/albums when you're in Sonos, like it does when you're not in Sonos. Is there a plan to change this? It's such a great feature and would really like to see Sonos incorporate that feature.

The UI within the Sonos app is designed and implemented by the music service themselves, Sonos only supplies an API. So any features should be lobbied at Apple, Sonos couldn’t incorporate them if they wanted to.

What exactly do you mean by “play shuffle”? Because you can shuffle songs using Apple Music within the Sonos app.

Perhaps if the attached screenshot take from the Sonos App (now playing screen) ‘room queue’ assists you to shuffle your Apple Music tracks…
