So frustrated not to be able to play apple music for a few weeks. Is there anyone who can solve this, please?

 

Looks to me like it’s ‘possibly’ to do with ‘screen-time’ parental restrictions set on the iOS controller device.
 

Check the screen-time settings and see if that ‘perhaps’ resolves the issue.


So what happens if you do what it says, i.e. play the same track using Apple Music on your phone? Does it do some kind of age verification?
