App won't download

Trying to update on a Mac, I got error code 1100, telling me to uninstall and re-download. I uninstalled, but when I went to the link and tried to download, all I got were "release notes," and no download.

I happen to be on a Windows device at this moment, but you should be downloading from here:

https://www.sonos.com/en-us/support

The link should be underneath the first 6 grey boxes.

I did use that URL (https://www.sonos.com/en-us/easy-to-use). I attach a screenshot of what I got; no grey boxes!

Us the link Bruce posted. The link you have is the release notes and NOT the download link

Thank you; that worked.
Note, though, that if you go the URL I used, you find a link that says "Download the Sonos app" (see screenshot), which takes you (or took me), confusingly, to the Release Notes page.

You're correct the link is FUBAR. I'll send a PM to a mod

Hopefully you don't need to actually Setup your system, as you cannot do that with the Mac app anyway, you need a mobile app for that.

Hi everyone, thanks for the flag. I'll make sure it's on the web team's list. In the mean time, glad you've got the answer for where to get the download already.
