App - setup not possible
App (Windows) does not say "Set up new system" - it just says "Learn how to set up new system"

+21Yep... you will need to have an Android or iOS device connected to WiFi in order to set up a new system.
The desktop controller no longer allows setting up a new system, adding a new speaker/device, or performing most of the management/admin type tasks. More info can be found in this topic:
