B2000 (Isn't that a Mazda pickup truck?)

If you don't mind fiddling a bit with your Linux, you might try something suggested here:
https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/emulate-android-apps-linux/

I have no experience with these emulators, but you might find joy.

Good Luck,

This (http://pascalopitz.github.io/unoffical-sonos-controller-for-linux/) is working for me.

Hoping this helps.

That works for us too, far from perfect but it is good enough for most of the wife's needs.

It also runs nicely on a Raspberry Pi that you can then access via VNC from any computer on any LAN so if your Sonos is not on the same LAN as your computer it is really handy, Linux, BSD, Mac, Windows, Android and maybe IOS, anything that has a VNC client.

I've discovered 2 unofficial controllers (pascalopitz and noson) for linux. Both are excellent APART from the fact that many music services cannot be activated (eg Pocketcasts).

So, if you don't have Windows, Android or iOS (and 20/20 vision for those silly apps) then you're pretty much stuffed.

With the new Sonos Developer program I expect to see a lot of progress on the "other" controller front in 2019. I'm even poking at it a bit here.
