Android with Trueplay and other features

why we don’t have access to all features including Trueplay with Android, and when you think we will have access to them???

The reason Sonos has provided in the past is that there is a lack of consistency in the mics across all the different brands and models of android phones.  Not enough for trueplay to accurately use the mic for tuning.

Sonos has yet to announce any plans to add Trueplay tuning to Android. And Sonos usually doesn’t make any announcements about future app features. I suggest borrowing an iOS device from a friend or relative to perform Trueplay tuning. It only needs to be done once.

thanks!  just bought brand new Ipad pro 12 and is not support !! I’m not sure i understand why they go all the way with IOS even the feature for equalizing not work with Android….

Unfortunately, you have one of the few iOS devices that doesn’t support Trueplay:
