Hello,
Just purchased a Sonos Move 2, which i enjoy very much,
Was expecting to have Notifications-Style Audio Controls - just like in other music apps ( tidal, spotify, youtube music ), yet they seem to miss in the Sonos app,
Noticed from the current discussions that other users might experience the same thing,
Hopefully this will get solved in the next patches, doing my job to report it,
In order to resolve this, i’ve tried :
- reseting app from Sonos
- Uninstall and reinstall
- Clear cache and data and then restart sonos
- restart phone
- have allowed Sonos notifications in Android app config
( multiple times in different combinations )
Maybe it’s related, i’ve tried following this guide, but that option does not show up

Have attached screenshots with :
- the issue with Sonos
- Sonos is actually running
- Youtube Music correctly displaying much appreciated audio controls
- Missing lock screen buttons ( maybe it’s related ? )
Is there something else which i could try in order to resolve this ?

P.S. the track name is not a hint of any kind; i very much love this speaker and i believe that with a bit of polish the app will work great too
