Amazon music, the sound increases by itself.

Hi,

I find that with the amazon music apps, rarely, but sometimes the sound increases by itself by about 40%, and most often it is 5 seconds before the end of a song.
 

Problem between Amazon and Sonos system? Just Amazon streaming service problem? 

What do you think about that?

Do you have Crossfade on?

If so, try playing with it off.
