Two weeks ago Amazon Music was launched in Colombia and Chile. However I cannot add that service yet in Colombia.

When will Amazon Music be available in the Sonos App in Colombia?

Amazon Music needs to authorize Sonos to carry it, Sonos does not have the ability to just make the change without legal authorization. Your best bet would be to ask Amazon when they’ll authorize Sonos to carry their signal.
