How to stream Amazon Music 360 Reality Audio on Sonos system? I am trying to do so via Amazon Music app but 360 option is not available.

No Sonos does not support the Sony codec (at the moment). Any 360 tracks are usually sent to the Sonos devices as HD/UltraHD by the Amazon service.
