Amazon created Playlists not showing in Sonos app

I can’t see the Amazon created playlists on my Sonos app. Not the playlists you personally create - the ones that Amazon’s create. 

I can see them on my Amazon Music app but not on my Sonia app. 
anyone else having this issue? They used to be there

The service appears to have recovered. Other control apps (non Sonos) must use the same interface as they were equally affected.

Yes, seeing the same here @Hekharrison, it seems some of the AM music service categories are not populating in either the S1, or S2, Apps. Currently missing here are:

  • Amazon Playlists
  • Charts/Top Albums
  • Charts/Top Playlists
  • New/New Albums
  • New/New Playlists

Hopefully it’s just a temporary issue on Amazon’s side of the service.🤞

I have reported it to Amazon customer services but don’t hold out much hope.
