I have a strange situation with the Sonos app on my Android phone. My album art does not show up when I go to “On this Mobile Device → Albums”. All I get is a box with a music note and the title of the album and artist below the box. However, when I play songs the album art shows up. Any idea how to get the album art to show up with any selection?

I have the same problem, I think is Android 10.
Submit a diagnostic after creating the problem, contact Sonos support directly with the number of the diagnostic. The contact page has several 24x7 options.
