Hi, I have a spotify Basic Family plan, which removes adverts. When I play via Sonos I get adverts. What am I doing wrong or is this a known issue. Basic plans - Spotifyhttps://support.spotify.com/uk/article/spotify-basic/

Interesting. Have you tried removing your account from the Sonos controller, waiting several minutes, then adding it back in?
Unfortunately, it wouldn’t be Sonos that is serving you the ads themselves, it would be Spotify. Have you contacted them?
