How do I add an app to Sonos that's not listed among the available choices? I want to add Podcast Addict so I can play my podcasts on Sonos.

If it isn't listed then you're out of luck.
Podcast Addict has to produce a service using the Sonos api.
However, you could suggest to them that they become a partner with Sonos, by suggesting that they take a look at the Sonos partners page.
