Adding alarm with a radio station

I’ve seen similar questions before but no actual solution.

S1 system

I’m trying to set up a new alarm to wake up with a specific radio station. I have other alarms in my home with that radio station, so it exists and works. I can find the radio station easily in a normal search and it’s added to Sonos Favorites. Bit when adding an alarm, I can’t select from favourites, only from some Byzantine menu of radio genres or by location which doesn’t show up my radio station in any obvious location (Smooth Hampshire in the UK, as it happens). Is there any way to find out where a radio station that Sonos knows about in ‘normal search’ is buried in the genre/location menu? Or some way to select a radio from Sonos favorites? Or copy an existing alarm and just change the room? Anything….?

Hello @TheOnlyMuppet, welcome back!

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue selecting a specific favorite radio station as a music target on a newly created alarm in the S1 Sonos App.

I would recommend you to contact our Support Team with detailed steps for reproducing the issue and also Submit Diagnostics after doing so.

Sometimes, an additional screen recording can also be helpful if you’d like to go the extra mile.

I hope this helps.
