Evening all,

My first post here, and I am a SONOS novice so please bear with me... I hope I am posting in the right place.
Currently have a Play 5 and Play 3 and in the process of installing wireless speakers throughout the house.
I have been given a CR200 controller as a gift that I really want to add to my system.
I am currently just seeing the error message of “Searching for Somos products..... the network configuration for this controller has changed”
Can anyone help me with this please?
Thanks in advance 🙂

You need to be running Boost mode to use the CR200. Also, you may need to contact Sonos support to get it added to the system.

By boost mode do you mean sonos net? If so I am on that, the play 5 is plugged into the router directly. Anything else I need to do with that?

Yes, Sonosnet. If it is still not connecting, you will need to contact support to have them add it to the system.
