Sonos is the ONLY app that I cannot control from outside my home wifi. I all I want to do is deactivate a couple of alarms that I forgot to do before I left on vacation. I can access my door locks and alarm but not even change a alarm away from home.

Edited oops I didn’t realize that they don’t do alarms online for some stupid reason, should have known it’s half baked.
Go to play.sonos.com. From there, you can log in and control what’s currently playing. You cannot disable existing alarms, but perhaps that’s a feature request that can be added in the future.

I completely support folks wanting full remote access, via Web App or otherwise but I sure wish that "outside my network" access was a user choice.
