Sonos One (google assistant active) the alarm comes on about 1230 at night, almost each day if not all days. There are no alarms set in the app as in the kitchen. Can't understand why and how to stop it.The alarm is a sort of chimes sound not radio or playlist.
I have a problem with the alarm setting: I prefer the morning alarm with my radio station on my Sonos in the bedroom and bathroom. Normally it works normally. Though, my Sonos is also connected to my TV and every time I watched TV and Apple TV, the following morning, the boxes in the bedroom and bathroom can’t find my radio station and they play Sonos Chime instead as alarm. Can I fix this?
I have the latest Sonos app, I am subscribed to Amazon Prime, therefore I assume I can play those two million songs that Sonos quote. However, every song I try to play, I get a message, ‘Go Unlimited. Listen to music… sign up here...’I don’t want to pay for an additional subscription. So, kind people, how can I play some music?Thank you for reading.

I used to be able to stream tv audio from my playbar connected to my tv on Sonos s1, but with Sonos s2 the audio breaks up on other speakers even though it is fine on the Sonos speakers setup for my tv.
Hello, I’ve searched through and found from past messages I might be having a network issue. I just picked up a used Play:3 to put in my garage and I’m having trouble playing Sirius XM on it. Other services work without any problems. I already listen to Sirius throughout the house all the time, it’s just this new location. If I play on that location and inside the house I haven’t noticed the error occur, again only when playing to the new speaker by itself.Multiple errors as seen in the image.I’m running SonosNet on channel 1, live in a rural setting, nearest neighbor uses channels 6 and 11. Inside the house I’m using channel 11 and have small amount of Zigbee devices sitting between channels 1 and 6 (in the overlap area).I submitted two diagnostics, 1828175339 and 1227779499, at two different error points.I tried removing and reauthorizing Sirius a bit ago, no dice. What am I missing?thanks!
I recently moved from S1 to S2. None of my playlists from S1 appear in S2. Is there anyway to get them back? Thanks for any help.-Rob
I’m a new Five owner, which I use mostly with Spotify and Amazon. I’ve had no problems using Spotify, but when using Amazon the music will occasionally stop mid-track. When this happens, the Sonos app will report “Unable to connect to Sonos” for a short while. It appears that the Five is crashing and rebooting. It’s connected via Ethernet cable, so (fortunately) WiFi issues are off the table, and there’s no other sign of connectivity problems when this happens.Any suggestions for debugging, fixes or workarounds? thanks!
Hi all,In my office I have four speakers (Sonos One) and a Sonos Play 5 device.I've been trying to play music all day, which works for 5 or so minutes - then I am told 'The song is not encoded properly'. I have tried Spotify and Sonos Radio, both show the same error message. Can someone help me understand the problem here? I have submitted a diagnostic report, 1496181506.Thank you!
Sonos 2 App, music turns off when I click on play icon, but system doesn't allow to completely turn off and HH speakers in ceiling continue to hiss once music is turned off. Need to figure out how to shut down the app completely and hopefully that remedies th problem with the speakers hissing. Thank you.
Setup. samsung TV connected via optical to playbar. playbar connected to wifiplaybar grouped with sonos new amp which runs two ceiling speakers and a non sonos amp to provide pseudo surround sound. When I play the tv all audio works fine however frequently the audio on the amp cuts out for several seconds and sometimes longer. I have tried setting up the amp as the rear surround speakers but then I cannot use the non sonos amp I need to understand why audio from the tv to the playbar (via optical cable) keeps losing connection to the amp Diagnostics number 1336846924
Sonos 1 turned off and forced me to use Sonos 2. Sonos 2 is stuck. I Accept terms of use and then it loops me back to View Terms of Use. I cannot accept. The app will not launch so I cannot use Sonos. This is so annoying. Forced me to update to a broken app.
Hi,I’ve got a PlayBar with 2 Ikea Symfonisks as surrounds. I was suffering with wireless interference with the Symfonisks so had hard wired them into 2 x power line adapters, however, I feel this is clunky so I bought a Sonos Boost to try and alleviate these issues. I’ve now got this set up, but one, or both of them keep disconnecting (showing ? in the app). Im getting OFDM ANI level: 9 for my boost, Living Room (right and left surrounds) and master bedroom. I can’t understand how I can be seeing wireless interference on the boost? Also, the master bedroom one never drops off, just the living room surrounds. I can understand the master bedroom showing wireless interference as it’s around a lot of electronics but the surrounds are not near anything. I’ve tried different channels with no joy. Anything else I can try? Ive submitted diagnostics, hopefully someone can help. 1878618542
Unable to contact to my Sonos play-5 system
I have had a 5.1 sonos play at system setup for over 2 years in the same room with the same tv. I have had it setup vertical with the sonos logo facing straight out and been unsung it with no issues. I woke up yesterday and went to adjust the volume while sitting on my couch and it stopped working. My couch is about 10-12 ft away my TV / Sonos setup. i figured it was the remote and switched out batteries, i went back and tried again and still no volume control with the xfinity remote. I got closer (probably about 3ft from TV / Sonos) and the volume started working again. I figured this was a remote issue so i went to my local Comcast store and switched out the remote for a new one. I came home and sat on the couch and tried again and still not working. I git up close again (3ft) and it started working. I called customer support and they had me unplug the system and re-pair the remote and still the same issue. I also noticed that after i unplugged the system and replied it in now the wh
Sonos will play music from my Synology NAS upnp - so works with upnpSonos will not play music stored on my Innuos Zen Mini MK3 upnp. Essentially a NAS also upnp. Naim QB and Naim NAC-N-272 will both play music from Zen Mini upnp.Even my Samsung TV plays music from the Zen. All on same network.Sonos sees the Zen library. Will let me scroll through the library but there’s no play option when you click on a track. Sonos, can you ask Innous to borrow some of their products and address whatever your integration issues are. It’s you or Innuos and I will keep the Zen.
I am a pretty new user and I am astounded at how buggy the S2 app is. There’s a different problem every time I open the app. It’s so flaky it’s barely usable, and since I have a standard configuration many people must be having the same problems, no?”Problems I often have:can’t change speakers… when I click or unclick, the music stops, then I find that whatever was clicked or was unclicked did not change… and until I reboot it doesn’t work music on app not reflective of what’s playing, out of sync.. but I can stop and start music so it is communicating with the deviceslike I said, every time I stop and start I get a variant of the problems above. I use the android S2 app with a One, Amp, and a Port via wireless network… How does anyone use this stuff?
Hi, I have a Move and from what I can remember this used to go into sleep after 30 minutes however it no longer seems to be.the case.Previously I was able to go for a week without having to charge and now it needs charging everyday because it's not going into sleep mode and therefore running out of battery. It will go into sleep when I push the button on the back but this is the automatic sleep after 30 minutes of inactivity that I need. Thanks
I don’t understand how SONOS can advertise its products within the category of Home Sound Systems if they won’t work with range extenders...one basically has to live in a tiny apartment for these speakers to work. Completely useless and a huge waste of money I fully regret having bought 4 speakers. That’s only one of the many problems I have: constant “unable to connect to SONOS device, try again later”, rooms appearing and disappearing, sigh...TERRIBLE in all ways. My connection is fully stable and these speakers are simply terrible - good sound, terrible connectivity. I cannot be connecting them to the router with a cable every time they stop working cause I’d need to be doing that every single day.As said before, these are speakers for a tiny studio apartment SONOS is not good for a house with several floors. A mere scam.
Hi,I am using Sonos V2 on PC running Windows 7.I updated Sonos a few days ago and my USB settings on my PC were changed by the update. Nothing else on this PC has been updated or changed in months. Now the USB port power stays on even when the PC is shut down. I need to power go off when the PC is shut down, I have a device that powers down my speakers, monitor, etc when the PC is off.I would like to know how to change the settings (that were changed) back so my USB powers off when the computer is shut down.Thank you,Morty

But now it seems to be permanent.I‘ve submitted a diagnostics: 466910094
