I unplugged and plugged back in my ZonePlayer 90 and now it is offline and has a rapidly blinking white light that blinks as soon as I power it on. The blinking is not steady and rhythmic but varies in speed slightly. I have held down the mute button while plugging in and it does nothing- still rapidly blinking white light only. Tried connecting to Ethernet while doing all of that with no impact.  The zone doesn’t show up in my system anymore. Help!  I even submitted diagnostics - 957504185.

As you’ve attempted a Factory Reset with no change to the status light, it seems that the software on the unit has frozen up - I’d recommend getting in touch with the Support Team via either chat or phone, so they can take a closer look and discuss your options.
