Is there a way to hook up these to the amp??

Best answer by AjTrek1

@buzz solution will work...I think 🤔. However, less hassle for balance (although you’ll have to purchase another Sonos product) you could use a Sonos Port with a RCA to ¼ inch (like this) connected to the Ports RCA out-put.

First of all we have no idea of what you are asking. Your title could be any Yamaha speaker (wired or powered). The Guide to connecting 3rd party wired speakers to the Amp is in the link

They are powered studio monitors that have ¼ inch plug in back for the audio output. Not a traditional speaker wire set up. Like this

You would need a speaker to line level adapter.

With powered speakers I’d say  a Port would be better suited than an Amp.

Yes, I agree. My assumption was that the AMP is already on hand.

Ok so i got the port and i can only get one speaker to play?? I switched the wires and the other one played. Does it only have one channel so it’ll only play one speaker i.e. only the left

I don’t know how you switched the wires. Don’t switch too much at the same time or you can’t be sure exactly where the issue is. For example if you exchange connections at the speakers and the problem moves, you have learned that the issue is not with the speakers. Wires, PORT, and input to the PORT are still suspect. Systemically work through the connections and “boxes”. Also consider operator error. Never assume that the problem must be [ … ] or cannot be [ … ] or you’re likely to be blindsided.

I just switched the speaker ports in the port

This suggests that the issue is with PORT, input to PORT, or the operator.

That doesn’t make sense.🤔 The Port has two types of audio output which are optical and RCA. The other RCA ports are for input from a source typically connected to a AV receiver such as a CD player or Turn Table. You should be using the RCA out to your Yamaha ¼ inch input.

If you are only getting sound to one speaker (as one feeds the other) I suspect the issue lies with the Yamaha crossover.
