My turntable connects to a Sonos Amp. I wish to listen using headphones. I believe I can connect my headphones to a headphone amp which in turn is connected to a Sonos Port. Will this work?

The Sonos Port has a line out, you can connect anything expecting a line level signal to it, yes.
The only Sonos device with explicit headphone support was the Play:5 Gen 1 (RIP).
I did that with a previous generation ZonePlayer and it worked great.
