Hi there, I’ve brought a Sonos 1 from home to the office. Setup went well until connecting to the WiFi. Password is correct and I’ve tried unplugging the router but it will not connect. Does anyone have any thoughts?

If you are connecting the speaker to a different Sonos System with a different HouseholdID, then you will need to factory reset the device, that’s even if the two HH’s are held in the same Sonos account.
