Hi

i just installed a new BT wireless router but have been unable to connect it my existing Connect Amp wirelessly   

I can get Spotify to work with the Connect Amp if it is connected directly to my router with an Ethernet cable.  
 

The Sonos system did a software update on the Connect Amp and now tells me that it is App S2 compatible but still will doesn’t connect over Wi-Fi.  
Any assistance would be much appreciated.

It kind of suggests that your WiFi signal doesn’t match the definitions in the Sonos Network Requirements FAQ. However, you might want to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. They might be able to assist you.
