why is my sonos 1 speaker vibrating

my brand new Sonos 1 speaker is vibrating when there is bass.  It’s not even at half volume.

    Why type of music are you listening to? Try lowering the bass in the EQ settings.

    If you want a Sonos speaker that can handle more bass, consider getting the Five.

    it is the tele - Netflix.  It is not as if my speakers is on loud.  I don’t expect that from a brand new speaker

    Are you using the Ones as surrounds with your Beam? Or are they just grouped with the Beam while playing TV audio? If you have two Ones, are they both vibrating? Are they on a speaker stand?

    they are on a wall holder  - I will try to lower the bass

    When I touch it it stops vibrating so I assume it could be an issue with the wall stand
