I can’t switch my roam on,orange light just stays on,tried all the usual, holding for five secs etc, but nothing happens

+4Same here. Was working fine yesterday. This morning I tried to turn it on and nothing. Cant even factory reset. I do see a faint orange led in the center come on (not the one on the bottom although I’ve seen the bottom one come on occasionally during my various button pushes). Tried several different known working chargers and cables. No joy.

What charger are you using -- it should be at least 7.5 watt (but 10 watt or higher is ideal). The normal/regular old iPhone charger is only 5 watts (won’t work).
+4I’m using the Apple 20watt charger. Yesterday it charged perfectly and was at 100% battery. I switched to an Anker 45 watt charger and that worked fine too. I’ve tried three known working cables and chargers today and still nothing hours later.
Might be worth calling Sonos on Monday morning.
