I have two sonos play 5 Gen:1. I try to do the hard reset. White light flashes continuously. Impossible to do the Hard Reset. I need some Help.

If you’re unable to perform a factory reset and the light doesn’t change from flashing white constantly I recommend getting in touch with our customer support team who will take a closer look at what’s happening to your Play:5 and look at what options you have.
