The condo i purchased has been hard wired with speakers throughout the entire two stories. Can i hook up my Sonos speaker to them?

Not unless they have some sort of analog input available, and you connect a Sonos Port to that input. Conversely, if they didn’t have their own amplifier, you could power them with a Sonos Amp. In either case, you could then ‘group’ your Sonos ‘rooms’.
