If I connect a DAC vía cable to an era 300, but I have 2 era 300 , how do I play música on both?

If you want them to permanently play together set them up as a Stereo Pair in the app. Then you only need to plug into one of them. Otherwise just group them whenever you want to play on both. Just note that if they’re a stereo pair then they will each play their own channels, but if they’re grouped they’ll both play the same audio.
