I have an older system and am unable to update my move, add or remove equipment or update the system. I have reset everything in the proper order from the modem to the connects and still get the 1011 error.  I have updated the iOS on my devices and have tried reinstalling the s1 software.  I’m getting very frustrated. Please help

Are you working from the Windows 10 app by any chance? Changes in the system can only be made with the iPhone or Android app.
