No matter what I do, I can’t play Spotify Radio stations.  I consistently get the “Unable to start radio station (Spotify)” message.  I am able to play Playlists just fine.  Not sure how to troubleshoot this.  I can play fine if I open Spotify manually and play through there.

I’d recommend a reboot of your Sonos units and of your router - switch it off for 30 seconds.

Please also try removing Spotify from Sonos and adding it back on again.

If this doesn’t help, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
