My TVs main audio is connected to my Beam and it works just fine but when I try to connect it to my Kitchen Amp speakers, audio comes through for just a split second then stops. I can play any other audio source through my kitchen speakers but not my TV. I can also play my TV audio through other Amp speakers I have throughout the house but not the kitchen.

Thoughts?

Can you play sound sent from speakers other than the Beam in the kitchen?

Any voice control or other connection to the kitchen that isn't also on the other speakers?

Yes, I can play other sound to the speakers in the kitchen and no voice control or anything.

How strong is the wifi signal in kitchen? Can you physically swap the Amp there with one of your others, just to test? (No need to rename the rooms as long as you remember which you swapped and then swap them back after the test.)

Hi @Jonescm128

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with playing TV audio from your Beam to one of your Amps.

If increasing the Group Audio Delay setting for the Amp does not help (Settings icon »  room with Beam] » Group Audio Delay » Medium/High/Max), I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

I hope this helps.
