Cannot find Trueplay on the S2 app on my Iphone SE, Ipad Pro, Iphone XR or a Ipad Air.
All are running IOS 12.4.8.
Never had this issue with S1.
Need it for my new Arc.
Any Ideas???

Where have you looked? Try Settings/System/roomname (where roomname is the room with the Arc) and scroll down to Trueplay.
Yep, all I get is wifi on/off (if I press products/Arc)
Under the Roomname there is no trueplay option either.

Have you scrolled down in <roomname>? Trueplay is in the Sound section. You’ve gone down one level too far if you get to wifi on/off.
Done it on my Iphone SE.
I noticed in roomname it had arc +? (should be Sub)
Pushed button on sub & checked app & up popped “do you want to tune”.
Now shows sub & trueplay option.
Strange that a Sub issue prevented Trueplay from initialising.
