Hi,

Since one year, I cannot calibrate my 2 speakers Sonos One with my iPhone. The Sonos app tells me that there is extraneous noise even though there is none in my house. I deactivated the bluetooth, unplugged the refrigerator ... Nothing works! Can anybody help me ? Thank you !

Do you have a case on your phone? If so, have you tried TruePlay tuning with the case removed?


Yes I did it too ! 


Do you have another iOS device or one you could borrow from a friend or relative? You only need to perform TruePlay tuning once.


I’ll try but I don’t think the problem is with my phone...
