Subwoofers after recent app updates

After recent updates, my sub 4 and sub mini no longer put out the bass as they did when I first purchased the subs a couple of months ago. I used to keep the subs at a setting of 8, now a setting of 15 doesn’t even hit lows like 8 used to.

Nothing has changed in my setup - all speakers are in the same spots. I have retuned, adjusted EQs, and even reset the sub 4 to factor settings. Unfortunately, it’s as if the updates took power away from my subs. Has anyone experienced the same thing? Any suggestions?

What setup do you have?
Even 8 on your Sub 4 sounds like a very high setting.
My Sub 4 is at 0, Loudness On. And I definitely don't lack bass.

In one room, I have two Era 300s and sub 4. In my bedroom, I have one Era 300 and a sub mini. Loudness is on. Don’t get me wrong, the subs still put out some punch. However, they just don’t have the “punch” at higher sub settings that they once had a lower settings.
