Please tell me ,if it is possible to connect a sub mini or sub 4 to a Sonos Amp wirelessly, or is it necessary for the Sub Mini and Sub 4 and the Sonos Amp to be connected with an Ethernet cable?

Yes, any Sonos sub will connect wireless to the Sonos Amp. Go to the Room with the Sonos Amp and wired speakers of your choice and select “Add a Sub”.
However’ if you are using the sub to drive wired speakers as surrounds in conjunction with a Sonos soundbar then NO you can not. Nor can you use the sub line-in to support a turntable.
