Hello Sonos,

 

I have a Gen 1 Sub that has suddenly atopped working. The issue is power. There doesn’t seem to be any power getting to it. I purchased a new plug/power lead to make sure it wasn’t a problem with the power lead but the sub still isn’t receiving power by the looks of it.


Is there any support you can provide for this?
