Another just reference point. Bought an amp for my outdoor speakers. Sonos does not include their custom banana plugs in the box with the amp. They provide you with a 3 foot long cord with banana plugs on both ends? Completely useless. Again compared to Bose experience, that had all kinds of plugs to help with the project. Again, not very consumer freindly. Just paid $19 more for the bananna plugs and $25 to over night them. Just waiting for the next problem!

That sounds a bit strange — I have bought 6 of the new amps over the last 18 months and they all came with 4 of their banana plugs in the box. This is standard I think, so I’m not sure what you were supplied with. Can you post a picture?
