I have a Sonos 5 first generation and all of a sudden it went dead. The white light does not turn on. I tried some of the tips from the internet but nothing happens. Does anyone knows how or where to fix this in Europe?

+24iFixIt has some details on how to dismantle these, and there are a few threads here on fixing them (sounds like a power supply issue to me).
It is unlikely anyone will professionally fix this as its old hardware, spares are almost impossible to find, and labor is simply too expensive in most locales w.r.t. the value of the device.
Hopefully to have already registered it for your 30% “recycle” discount, so buying a new one with that seems like a good idea to me.
