I have 5 speakers One / Sub and play 5. My system is conected with wi fi Cable to One of the speakers and all speakers run at separate chanel in network.
the trouble i have is when changing track via Sonos App or even Spotify AirPlay the speakers dont sync.
it takes 3-4 secends to all speakers play in sync again

This is most likely due to interference, but I’d certainly try a reboot of all speakers and of your router - for the router, please leave it powered-off for at least 30 seconds.
If the reboots don’t improve matters, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports. The reboots will clear all of the logs, so please test for around 20 minutes after rebooting before calling in. Thanks.
