Is there a Sonos product, which can plug into my home network and tune-in Sonos content, be controlled by the Sonos app, and stream music TO Airplay-ready amplifiers and receivers on the same network?

No. Sonos devices are Airplay receivers. Only Apple products can be Airplay transmitters.
