Tried to call 800-852-6105 from Singapore from 17:00 - 23:00 based on (https://support.sonos.com/s/contact?language=en_US) for 2 days and was greeted by a voice message suggesting the line is closed.  Does anyone knows how else i can reach sonos support?  via Email is also good.

The lines were closed for the past 2 days because they’re not open on Sundays, and Monday was a public holiday. The lines should be open today, so you should be able to get through. 


On Tuesday I managed to get someone over the phone.  Thanks for reminding, it’s a holiday over in Europe region

When calling from Singapore, I can't get pass the IVR system from mobile phone. Tried android and apple phones. My starhub Telco says that there is nothing wrong on their end.

I can only dial thru via land line
