past 2 days, 6am yesterday and 7:30am today, my sonos patio speaker starts playing at random. All my apps are closed, there are not alarms set to the system. This has happened randomly in the past, can’t figure out how to fix it. Please help

Sounds like Spotify up to its usual tricks again. Switch each zone to a non-Spotify source to dump the lingering cloud connection.
This is particularly likely to be the case if you were out on that patio recently, allowing visitors to play from their Spotify apps to those speakers.
