Sonos Radio not working

Hi,

 

Sonos Radio channels won’t play and constantly give error message that the radio service isn’t available for playback. I’ve re-authorised the radio service but this doesn’t resolve the issue. Hope you can help.

Have you tried resetting the Sonos app under App Preferences and rebooting your phone?

Have you tried resetting the Sonos app under App Preferences and rebooting your phone?

Yes, also tried on different device (iPad) but same result. Reboot of router and deactivation of firewall doesn’t resolve the issue. Other streaming services such as Spotify are working.
