Hi,

 

Sonos Radio channels won’t play and constantly give error message that the radio service isn’t available for playback. I’ve re-authorised the radio service but this doesn’t resolve the issue. Hope you can help.

Yes, also tried on different device (iPad) but same result. Reboot of router and deactivation of firewall doesn’t resolve the issue. Other streaming services such as Spotify are working.
